Terrible Service – Extremely Disappointing Experience We had a really bad experience here. We came in last minute, fully understanding that the kitchen might be closing soon, and we were completely fine with leaving right after placing our orders. However, as we were walking in, staff immediately tried to kick us out — before we even had a chance to speak. Despite approaching them nicely and cheerfully, we were met with terrible attitudes. The worst part was the behavior of the lady at the yogurt station and what seemed to be the pastry chef or head chef — both were shockingly rude and unprofessional. If nothing was being served, they should’ve simply informed us politely instead of treating us like an inconvenience. We didn’t expect full service, just basic courtesy. If you have a business that says it opens by 9am, people that waits outside expect to have the door open by 9am…. Leave customers waiting outside for 10min while they do something we actually don’t understand like taking picture… obviously lacking respect for those waiting.

Also the system to get the products and pay is horrible. You choose the donuts, you get a number , you wait for long time until you are called to pay. Only Then you add the drink because the order was not accepted while choosing the donuts….

So in the end, after arrive at 9am sharp, be the first in line, I was able to eat and drink 25mim later. It’s unacceptable.

Despite the staff being friendly and even know my name on my second visit, I can’t help but complain about the service. The donuts ? The best in the world, but you need to be more than craving for it to come here, you also need a considerable dose...

June 2022: The service deteriorated tremendously! It took them more than 30 mins to take our order. The counter personnel was not familiar with the J Club promo. Then, I spent another 15 mins at the cashier. I think she's new and she doesn't know what the heck to punch on the cash register! To think that the branch wasn't crowded at all. We were here at 1pm and it's past lunchtime. We also ordered JCoccinno 16oz for dine in with Salmon & egg turnover and Chicken pot pie at 1:30pm. It's been 40 mins and nobody was calling my name for our order. When I approached the manager it turned out that they did not even get our order. The cashier did not give them the order slip!!! What the heck! If you are in a hurry, never order from this branch! They have the worst...
