Jollibee — Restaurant in Quezon City

As always the food is high quality very high-quality and he served in a pretty fast way. However at this location they do have a sink for washing hands that is outside from the CR this provides for speed because you are and will be using your hands to eat. This location has limited seating and I am finding that causes a problem because this brand of food it’s such high-quality food it’s always overrun with people no matter which location you go to. My only suggestion for improvement at this location is provide overflow seating or additional seating somewhere but other than that these guys are doing a great job. Oh I might add that they could remove the transparent barrier between the order takers and the patrons or put in a microphone or some sort of mechanism for better hearing quality because they can’t hear our orders very well and my four-year-old child receives spicy chicken and burned her tongue it was too hot and too spicy for her I did not...

The place is a 2-storey building, spacious and clean. The service crew, and security guard are friendly. The food are good. I like their fried chicken, burger steak, peach mango pie, palabok, pancake and TLC, Champ and tuna pie. However they have some problem with maintaining the quality of their food like the pancake that I ordered are crumbly and the pineapple juice is diluted. When I asked for a disposable knife for the pancake they told me that they do not have disposable knife. The one in-charge with quality control should always ensure the good quality of their product. Very courteous and helpful crew! I came in with my cane because I had injured my right thigh. The guy in front door instantly instructs one of the service crew to give me a seat and just get my orders. True enough, the service crew got my orders and payment and came back a few minutes later with my change and order to go. The front door guy even offered to help as I went out the door to my ride.
