OYO 850 Clr Mn Inn — Hotel in Quezon City

NEGATIVE STARS.

Confirmed booking through Agoda last Sept. for Dec. 8-10 stay. Contacted the inn several times through calls, texts, and chats. NO RESPONSE.

Dec. 7, payment was deducted through my debit card. Upon arrival, THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION and is not accepting any bookings. They asked us to contact Agoda for a full refund. IT WAS A HASSLE finding a new place to stay in. They didn't refer us to any inns. As per their staff, they have rejected SEVERAL bookings upon arrival also. It's not just us.

Full refund will be issued to my card in 30-45 WORKING DAYS.

Paano nalang if we didn't have extra money for Hotels kasi PAID naman sya.

CARELESS MANAGEMENT. They should've contacted their affiliated booking sites prior to Renovation. Even yet, POST ON FACEBOOK that they will no longer be accepting bookings until the renovation is DONE.

I checked on the OYO App last Dec. 8, THEY WERE STILL ACCEPTING BOOKINGS.

I checked the Agoda app just now, the inn is SOLD OUT.

CARELESS MANAGEMENT. BEYOND poor customer service. LOTS OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT especially in the CUSTOMER...

Easy check-in and check-out. Staff is friendly. They called me in advance to set my expectations that we only get bunk beds instead of single beds. And even if there's parking space inside, they just had me do street parking. The room is clean, sheets are fresh, and towels too. But there's no trashcan and tissue paper in the toilet. No toiletries too, though there's a bath&body dispenser. And Videoke is loud until around 3am. Not sure if it's the neighbors or...

Rooms are dusty. There's also bedbugs. Beds are disgusting and untidy. We booked for a family suite they gave us dormitory type of room. No tissues, toiletries, or water dispenser available. The reviews in Agoda is not true. Waste of time and money. Staffs are not...
