OYO 842 City Smiles Apartelle — Hotel in Quezon City

Scam!!!!! Definitely one of the worst experiences ive had,

Photos in the agoda and google are fake, they are using photos from Zen Rooms CLR MN which is directly beside them.

This place should be shutdown for several reasons.

Oyo customer service had emailed us that they had refunded our booking because they mentioned that this establishment is no longer affiliated with OYO, yet they are still running and using the brand OYO.

Anyways, we decided to stay despite being fooled because we were too tired from our 12 hour travel. Upon checking in, we found that the rooms are absolutely horrendous, so many cockroaches, no secure door locks, holes in the wall, dirty floor, and wet ceilings. Not even the decency to clean up for new guests

their "Family suite/room" which is supposedly good for 4 people is just the same tiny single room with additional bunk beds, very unsanitary, we even found underwears under the bed.

When the hosts found out that we are cancelling the booking and staying for a few hours, they made us pay 1500php even though it was for halfday stay despite what their signages are saying, which is more expensive than other places.

Definitely a scam and should be shut down as soon...

Hereunder are observations during our stay @ oyo cubao 10th avenue, brgy. socorro:

The Toile & bath are dirty (visible stain into water closet urinal & moles in the tiles are very visible), there's no bidet spray for water closet which is very important, those bed sheet / pillow cover / blanket are bit old, TV is hard to operate it needs to connect all the wiring & to set up (it's better not to use), Internet are slow inside the room while outside the room (hallway) is fair and there's no Lift or Elevator it's bit hard to carry up & down if someone has more stuff or baggage.

The area or place is quite & walking distance to Cubao...

Very low budget. Got the deal for 3600 5 days 4 nights through agoda. I have reserved it and choose the option "pay at the hotel" but when we arrived there, the room was no prepared and clean. We thought that it should be ready but unfortunately it isn't. We need to wait for about 20 mins. And there's no receptionist. Only the guard on duty is available there and they only exchange text messages for communication. The guard on duty even told us that it's been like that for 4 months.
