I had lunch alone at this restaurant around 1pm on a weekend. There was plenty of parking available, even though it was a busy time.
The chicken was decent (7.5/10), nothing extraordinary but satisfying if you're craving Bacolod-style inasal. The chicken was a bit dry, but the atchara and anato oil took their inasal to the next level, especially when paired with their hot plain white rice.
