I remember the first time they opened the branch, it was some kind of a festive baranggay kubo feel. The alley added to the feel, where they used to have their ihawans (They had it outdoors). Now it serves as an easy access parking especially for motorcycles. When facing the alley, it has that kind of village laid back feel. But when youre on the highway side, that feel doesnt get thru. Again, emphasizing on the alley, the unique feel is enough for mw to give it 5 stars. Something you dont get much in an urban location. The trees definitely add a lot to that feel. Now for the food, i havent been to Bacolod but if i were to guess what that orig taste is like, im guessjng it's the probinsya taste you get in their mix and ihaw. The closest i could come up re the flavor is having that isaw barbeque taste when i say probinsiya taste/flavor. I kinda get that distinct flavor also in their home depot branch. My wife says they have juicier chicken served in this mother branch. For now i ordered paa and batchoy soup. The chicken came a little under cooked coz there was still blood dripping when i cut the leg area. So i had them barbeque it again. Another thing that took out the star from their supposedly 5 stars is the rice. It has that ipis egg flavor, also not the best kind of rice to complement the chicken. The batchoy soup was good. The sit and eat experience is great, as im still here writing this review. Heres the pix of what i ordered. Again, i forgot to take a picture before eating so i just flipped the chicken...

Perks of living nearby means we can safely walk over to JT's in less than 10mins. The famous christmas lantern stalls across the street contribute to the festive atmosphere. Highly...
