KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

Food is great as always, but the staff are rude. I just need a little help with the gravy😔At least answer the customer nicely on what to do next. Not all customers/people who come to a restaurant know your “this and that” procedures, whatsoever. I asked the staff nicely on how to get a gravy, coz im really not aware about it as I just got to the Philippines recently, anyway, the staff I approached seems pissed off and ignored me, note that the restaurant is not busy at that time. I waited for her to attend my concern and I stood there like a fool waiting for a gravy 🥲 Guys, please note not everyone knows everything about the restaurant, I will not ask if I knew your procedures. In one of the busiest highway in Metro Manila where people wants to dine or take out foods like in this fastfood chain; what wr want to expect? Aside from my favorite spicy and original flavor of chicken and their mushroom soup - I love their desserts too.

Craving for meals with affordable price, one of the fastfood chains I usually dine-in with is KFC. Their cups with plastic lids now and environment friendly. You can also order thru their delivery with minimal service charge.

Can't wait to drop by again in one of their stores. Tasty chicken, unlimited gravy, courteous crews and with clean comfort room.

Service is terrible. They have implemented to use kiosk mandatory but no online payment option in the kiosk, you still have to pay in the cashier. No signage that it is mandatory to use the kiosk in ordering. If you're a person who's not use to it, and decided to go directly to the cashier, they would still mandate you to get your order in kiosk and will require you to fall in line again.
