KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

I don't like to complain about food service because of my prior profession.... but this is totally unacceptable. Staff is probably not trained with the products. The sandwich I ordered is far from the picture displayed. I understand, unlike Japan, menu items can be deceptive but my problem is the portion size of the chicken given to me. And I asked if this is normal and the management said "yes, that's the regular size". I will be visiting a few other locations to validate this. And if it is then I highly DON'T recommend...

Been eating at this store for a lot of times but lately, the appearance is getting worst. The parking lot is dirty, something is leaking (watery greenish substance somewhere that stinks a lot ), but inside the store, you will not smell the stinky smell from outside. The inside store are cleaned regularly by the cleaning staff. The gravy refill took so long to be refilled, so a lot of customers got irritated. Food taste...

Service have become worst. Counter does not accept orders if have not gone through their order kiosk. I went around 10pm and was asked to wait for a vacant table before my order is served since the second floor has been closed for cleaning even if there are still so many customers already waiting. And only ONE crew manning the payment counter and preparing the orders even if there were a lot of customers...
