Dluxe Pet Hotel and Spa — Local services in Quezon City

I recently boarded my Shih Tzu at Dluxe Pet Hotel and Spa while on vacation, and unfortunately, my experience warrants only 1 star. While the facility matched its advertisement in appearance, the level of care and communication was significantly lacking.

The hotel provides updates only once a day, which is far below the standard set by other pet care facilities that typically update multiple times throughout the day. This was my first time encountering such infrequent communication, and it was quite disappointing not knowing how my dog was doing for most of the day.

It appears that the dogs are not actively monitored or cared for throughout the day. My dog only received about 10 minutes of playtime and no further attention, which is not what I expect from a service that promotes itself as a pet "spa and hotel." Upon pickup, my dog was noticeably thirsty, and there was no clarity on how his food—specifically left for his stay—was managed, despite clear instructions provided.

Additionally, the customer service was inadequate; contacting the staff was a challenge, which only added to my concerns during his stay.

The service was great, I have 4 cats, they are my beautiful fur babies. I have adopted them from different places and time, but they are most special to me and I will never leave them with just anybody. I was forced to travel by my company for an important event so I had to leave them at Dluxe pet Hotel and Spa, I was very apprehensive since this was my 1st time being away from them, but Ms Maricel Gan put my mind at ease.
