I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience at McDonald’s U.P. Town Center.
While eating, I noticed that my chicken still had what looked like blood inside. I politely went to the counter and asked if it was undercooked. The crew checked my plate and turnover to the lady manager , and explained that it wasn’t blood but just pinkish meat since it was “freshly delivered.” I trusted her explanation and went back to finish my meal.
However, as I continued eating, I realized that the meat—even to the bone—was clearly undercooked. At that point, I lost my appetite and decided not to finish my food. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just let it go.
Later, when I went to the counter simply to get water, the lady manager (the one with a mole between the side of her lips and chin) asked me to wait, then walked past and slightly bumped one of the crew while murmuring something. The way the staff suddenly looked at me made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was being talked about. That was very unprofessional and disappointing.
On top of that, their restroom had an unpleasant smell, which added to the negative experience.
I honestly expected better from McDonald’s, especially since it’s such a big and trusted brand. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback: food safety should always come first, and professionalism in customer service matters just as much as the...
Read moreThe crew is so rude they are talking about the customers behind their back specially if you're also working at the same area you won't be respected as a customer they feel like they are higher than you and they purposefully leave the order incomplete like no fork or ketchup and worst is the creamer and sugar for the coffee and when the customer leaves they are laughing for their wrong doing so I suggest if you take your order check it first before leaving. They are being like this to me every single time I hope the management do something about the behavior...
Read moreIt's a big place, convenient. It has self-ordering Kiosks. Lots of parking at the back but need to wait in line kasama sa drive thru before you can park. Burger not as dry as their close competitor.
Just a friendly tip: It would be better if patingin yung system sa self-ordering kiosk and parking to a UX Designer para mas ma improve yung waiting time/user experience as a whole
