Starbucks 74 West Avenue Drive Thru — Restaurant in Quezon City

Last Saturday, April 27, 2024 at around midnight, I have witnessed that a purportedly INSANE or INTOXICATED or DRUG ADDICT person entered the establishment (Starbucks-West Avenue Branch) and disturbed the good atmosphere within the store as well as deliberately destroyed some customers' belongings and collared some customers.

Now, may we know if the store's management has a plan to file any charges to such purportedly INSANE or INTOXICATED or DRUG ADDICT people on behalf of the vexed customers?

If the answer to the above question is in negative, how can you guarantee the customers and other people that the vexation and traumatizing event will not happen again inside the store?

Also, what are your plans to tighten or at least increase the safety and security of your parokyanos staying within the Starbucks' premises?

One of the best if not the best Starbucks in QC. The coffee will (and should) always be the same wherever in the city you happen to go. This particular Starbucks outshines the rest in areas where most struggle. Parking is excellent with parking in front and at the back of the store. The way foot traffic is directed from the entrance to the counter and the tables downstairs or the stairs to the second floor is seamless. Your order is also brought to you! No barista calling out your misspelled name! The seats are comfy enough to spend enough time while enjoying your coffee. Even with the obviously audible chatter happening everywhere, you can still hear yourself think. When you're done, and I'm sure the utility will be appreciative of your ability to CLAYGO, but their attentiveness ensures that tables are...

I ordered a frappuccino and paid extra for an espresso shot, but all I could taste was sweetness. I asked the barista to remake the drink, but even on the second attempt, the taste didn’t improve. When I raised the issue again, the barista refused to remake it. Not wanting to argue, I left the store feeling very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return.

Additionally, the comfort room was in terrible condition. There was no toilet tissue, the bin was overflowing, there were numerous stains, and the odor was unpleasant. Regular maintenance is clearly lacking, and it should be checked more frequently. Overall, both the service and the restroom were...
