Was invited to a buffet dinner tonight Nov 15 2021. The place has wide dining areas with generous spaces between tables. Except for one table outside the rest of the tables on the ground floor are in a semi open area. The basement dining area is a different matter. It's almost enclosed and the best area where you feel the wind flowing in is the front of the door. Food was Filipino dishes not bad but not outstanding either. On the buffet table were crab and corn soup, steamed rice, pansit, abalone mushroom salpicao, mixed vegetables, fish fillet, baked tahong with cheese, beef kaldereta, grilled chicken, fresh salad and a bowl of fruit salad. The chairs and tables were old and the tablecloth are dated. The Comfort room was just average but water was reliable and liquid soap was available. The toilets were equipped with bidets. Didn't get the chance to sit in the ground floor dining area and wasn't able to...

3stars just because the food availability is not 100%. And some dish is off with the taste. Wish halo halo is available but its not. Fresh buko salad is not avail as aswell. Its my first time eating here, ive heard good things and i have to try it myself. Quality wise its ok but sinigang is salty. Crabmeat rice is a little bland. Sangkalan seafood rice is their version of paella, imo, its a bit bland too. Ordered giaing gising, was surprised, it is made with sigarilyas. Awesome! More veggies less sauce please. The shanghai is great! It is meaty and unlike others made with a lot of...

This is a great place to have classic Filipino food. We ordered their halaan, lechon kawali, grilled liempo, sizzling mushrom, buko shake, and the Sangkalan fried chicken.

I would recommend all of what we got, especially the fried chicken and the halaan. Serving sizes are good and you are bound to over-order. They also only have street parking and a few slots on the lot so parking may...
