The hotel is located a short walking distance from the Gateway mall. It is easily accessible and has parking for both cars and motorcycles.

The receptionists are usually friendly and the rest of the staff are polite.

There is rarely a waiting time for a room in the times I have visited. They usually have rooms readily available.

The rooms themselves vary in price and quality. However the executive rooms seem to be the highest ones that are readily available.

They do have Regency rooms, but I have never seen them available, they are always occupied.

The rooms themselves are pretty similar. But always clean.

-Econo being the smallest and cheapest room. -The deluxe is a slightly larger version of the econo. -And the executive is slightly larger and has a table and chair.

This branch does not have any over the garage style rooms.

In terms of the actual room quality, it’s very hit or miss. Sometimes the Aircon may not cool the room properly, usually they will tell you to wait 15 minutes and if it is still not cool then you can request to change rooms. Other times things such as the TV remote may not work or the shower may have a broken heat adjuster.

However none of these are deal breakers and given the price of the room, it can’t really be faulted.

I haven’t given the food much of a try. Tried the clubhouse sandwiches and they were alright.

Remember to ask for a discount card upon check out if you don’t already have one.

I and my partner has been with this hotel only twice. We made a reservation prior to check-in and expected not that much high with them since it is just a 3-star hotel. We booked an Executive room for both of us. And to our surprise, the room they have given us always looks stunning. Neat amd clean spaces, additional door entry so it keeps your room away from noise. You can see the bedsheets are tightly clean, intended for VIP guests. Their food servings are nicer compared to other branches of Sogo Hotel. Quite pricey but it has a landline outlet inside that you can use to make contacts inside and outside of the hotel for special communications. You can find the comfort room as a regular type of washroom, it has hot and cold or even lukewarm water options depending on how good are you adjusting the handle to turn it in to your best liking temperarure. Overall very good job for keeping your customers look back on your customer service plus adding extra mile in every way you do. Good job! Keep up the good work guys!
