I recently stayed at Park Vil-La hotel on Quezon Avenue and found it to be an interesting budget option. The hotel's conversion from an old-style house added a unique touch to its atmosphere. While it's not a luxurious stay, the rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained despite their old appearance. It's worth noting that the absence of complimentary toiletries might catch some guests off guard, but you can conveniently purchase them at the lobby. One downside is the limited availability of power outlets, which could be inconvenient for those with multiple devices. During my stay, I did encounter some noise from other guests, which could affect overall comfort. However, the hotel's location was a major plus for me as it was conveniently close to my office, making it highly accessible. If you're looking for an affordable option with some quirks and don't mind a few compromises, Park Vil-La could be worth considering due to its location and...
Read moreMy husband and I would like to thank the staff for a great experience. It's so reasonable, nothing fancy but they clean and fix anything that may not be working right. We didn't need anything fancy, just a place that will give us a good night's rest and it did just that. You can request to have your room cleaned every 2 days, as long as you're there with them. That made us feel good that we don't have to worry about anyone going through our stuff. We saw how the staff cleaned, they cleaned under the bed mattress, the bathroom, mopped the floor and it smells great! The staff were all friendly and nice too! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, as long as you're not looking for anything fancy. There's not a lot of pressure on the shower, but it's ok. It worked. We chose one with the hot water option. The sink was leaking below and they came to fix it. Service...
Read moreMe and my partner needed a cheap but accessible place to stay. This hotel fits our need but it's a bit disappointing. First, there was this one staff member who rudely ignores guests. Second, the rooms were infested with little cockroaches (we stayed for 15 days and had to transfer from one room to another). Lastly the AC had no remote control nor timer, which sucks since it's a waste of energy and it tends to get too cold in the room. ||||They will clean the room upon request, which is fine. Also we never had any stuff stolen and we trust the staff enough that we leave our valuables in the front desk whenever we go out. There is also free hot or cold water 24/7. ||||Overall if you're in a budget and just need a decent place to stay for a day or two, this is the place for you. ||||PS. Try the Pancit place near this hotel, they have cheap and...
