Came here for lunch and we had the place to ourselves so service was fast and food came pretty quickly too. We had the Kapitalyana Salad with Patis Dressing, though salad could use more ingredients, the dressing more than made up for it, you can really taste the Patis. We had the Kalabasa Carbonara pizza that had, according to the server potato chips on top. It was good but their pizza sauce skews to a sweeter side and there was sugar, we thought was salt, sprinkled on the chips too, weird! If we knew ahead we would have had them remove it as the chips were good on their own. Pizza had a nice, thin crust, it had longganisa, squash and mustasa leaves as topping along with the Carbonara sauce. It was good! Chicken Parmisano's is their take on the Cordon Bleu and it was on garlic noodles. It was fine, again their marinara sauce was on the sweet side. We finished with a very strong Cappuccino, not bad too. All in all their cuisine is a fusion of Italian with Kapampangan elements and aside from that sweet level, it's quite good. There's still much to try when we go back though. Would recommend if you're looking for something different to try. Btw they only accept cash or GCash too, no credit cards.

I've been wanting to try out Parmisano's so I immediately planned a trip to San Fernando once I heard that it has reopened 😀 And my craving did not disappoint! Their unique menu felt like a fusion of Italian and Kapampangan cuisine 😋 The Kalabasa Carbonara was very unique - creamy kalabasa sauce, crunchy bacon strips, and a poached egg made it a smorgasbord flavors and textures. But my favorites so far are the Chicken Pesto Pasta (the pesto and tomato salsa complements each other so well) and Sisig Pizza. I also just have to say that the staff were all very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Will definitely come back again to try out their other food 😀

I was craving some pesto and a quick Google search led us to Parmisano’s Bistro Café. The place is simple and cozy—like a warm little spot that’s perfect for gloomy weather. And the food—oh my—it was so delicious. The pesto really hit the spot, the pizza was really good, and the servings were generous. Everything tasted freshly made. The staff were kind and welcoming, which added so much to the experience. 📍 Parmisano’s Bistro Café is along MacArthur Highway, San Fernando, Pampanga. They also have some parking spaces available. Definitely one of those places you’d want to come back to when you’re in Pampanga.
