Halo-halo is good but in 2 consecutive visit in the same branch in San Fernando. We were so disappointed with the service, unattentive and not friendly crew. You have to approach them to ask them to take order, we were sitting for almost 10 mins but nobody is approaching us, my husband has to ask the crew in the counter chatting with the cashier, and when my husband ask for the menu, the female crew give the menu angrily.
