Chef Baboy - Lazatin Blvd. Unlimited Premium Korean BBQ — Restaurant in San Fernando

Been going to Ched Baboy Greenfields branch since the start. I was elated to try the Lazatin branch, since it is nearer to me. Came to dine alone but was told that the store has a minimum 2 person dine in for samgy. So I ordered from the ala cart instead. It was okay. :) waiting time was around 30 minutes that I thought they forgot my order.

There are some improvements to be made to make things better like: Serve the sauces with the side dishes. Ask if they like the lettuce right away. (Overheard about this comment) to serve the lettuce agad. Place is big so i understand the delay in action when staff is called. But we can make this better, right? Response time affects customer's mood greatly.

Good points: The guy who explained the store policy was great in his customer service. :) commendations should be given.

Foos tastes good even though I am not really craving for rice meals. I managed to eat it because it is well seasoned (for me).

Was just searching for good kfood in pampanga, and this place top in all searches (google and tiktok). To be honest getting that kind of rating 4.8 in maps, we were a bit skeptical(scammed from different resto). But it lived up to our expectation - they were systematic from their receptionist to the servers to the food that they were serving. Servers were all attentive to all guests requests - if you order 2 pork 2 beef 2 chicken, it will all going to be served to your table even their side dishes (need a bit more improvement taste wise.) Small servings for the meats but quick fast and quality. Overall it is a worth drive from manila to pampanga to get a good quality...
