Ambiance: 4/5 Food: 3/5 Service: 2/5
This was my husband’s and my first time dining here. We’d been eyeing this restaurant for quite some time since it recently opened along Lazatin Blvd. One random evening, we decided to give it a try.
When we arrived, we noticed the full parking lot and were impressed by the high ceilings of the building. Upon entering the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the ✨ sophisticated and elegant ✨ interior—it felt like a fine dining establishment. I even joked with my husband, saying I thought this was just a casual Italian-Spanish restaurant, not a “fancy-schmancy” place! 😂
The overall ambiance, look, and feel of the restaurant deserve a 9/10. The interior is classy and inviting. However, we were initially seated at a table with wobbly footing, which was a bit annoying. Thankfully, the staff promptly moved us to a more stable table, so it wasn’t a major issue.
We ordered Gambas, Pesto Pasta, and Ribeye Steak, followed by cocktails. The food was good but not exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Gambas, and the Pesto Pasta had deliciously flavorful cheese, although the temperature was uneven. The Ribeye Steak was also decent—great for its price—and, in my opinion, much better than Mamou’s steak, which I disliked.
While the ambiance and food were commendable, the service was disappointing. The staff didn’t feel welcoming or warm, and there was little enthusiasm in their interactions. They performed the bare minimum, such as refilling our water glasses, but it often took a while. They rarely smiled during interactions, and no one even sent us off after dinner. No one asked how our meal was or seemed genuinely interested in our experience for feedback or improvements.
The restaurant’s aesthetic feels premium and sophisticated, but the service doesn’t match that level. My husband and I both felt something was lacking. That said, since they just opened on November 8th, I’m hopeful they’ll make improvements as...

I had a reservation on October 20 at 12:30 PM and placed an advance order of Paella Valenciana, as required in their form. While waiting, we also added a few more items to our order, including pizza and pasta. Despite our advanced order, the Paella still hadn’t arrived after a long wait. When we followed up, we were informed that they had forgotten about it entirely.
To make matters worse, after waiting an excessive amount of time for the pizza, we were then told that their oven wasn’t working (but some orders of pizza from some guests were served). Even though they accepted the pizza order in the first place remains unclear.
When I asked about the various issues we encountered, the staff simply told me they were overwhelmed by the number of customers. This was confusing, as they had mentioned earlier that all dine-in visits were by reservation only. Given that, they should have had a clear idea of how many customers they would be serving.
In an attempt to make up for their mistakes, they offered some of our orders for free, but we insisted on paying. Unfortunately, the damage has been done —our time was wasted, and we ended up eating at another restaurant.
Overall, this was a frustrating and...
Read moreI’ve visited this Spanish-Italian restaurant in Pampanga at least six times now, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, it’s one of the tastiest and most satisfying dining spots in the area. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and so far, everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious.
Their steak is cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The pizzas are fresh and flavorful with a perfect crust, and the pastas are rich, creamy, and cooked al dente every time. I’ve also tried their risotto, which was creamy and comforting without being overly heavy. One of my favorites is their gambas—shrimp sautéed in garlic and olive oil—the flavor is so authentic and satisfying that I always order it when I visit.
What I really appreciate about this place is the consistent quality of the food and the cozy yet stylish atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual lunch or a relaxing dinner with friends, this restaurant never disappoints. I highly recommend it to anyone in Pampanga looking for delicious, well-prepared Spanish and...
