If you're looking for delicious comfort food with a Latin flair, Gringo Chicken & Ribs in Greenhills is definitely worth the visit! The ambiance is laid-back and welcoming—great for both casual get-togethers and family meals.

We ordered their Lemon Herb Chicken, and it was absolutely amazing—tender, juicy, and packed with zesty, herby flavor in every bite. It’s a lighter alternative to their original roasted chicken but just as satisfying. The baby back ribs were also a standout—so soft and flavorful, they practically melt in your mouth.

Another must-try is their Garlic Mushroom side dish—rich, buttery, and perfectly sautéed, it pairs beautifully with both the chicken and ribs. Their garlic rice, mashed potatoes, and even the nachos were all equally delicious and filling.

What truly sets this branch apart is their outstanding customer service. The staff are not only friendly and approachable, but they also go the extra mile to make sure your requests are met and that you’re well taken care of from start to finish. Ordered a set meal that consists of corn, grinchos, 2 half chickens, rice, and a coke bottle. We were off to a great start with the nachos and chicken taco appetizer then it went downhill from there. The mash potato was not warmed well, the internal temp of it was as if you left it in the refrigerator for the night and then took it out. Then our chicken had to be sent back twice and it STILL was not cooked! We were told maybe its the marinade...I eat at many places with chicken and not once did I see the meat or let alone bone be colored by the marinade....my suggestion for this place is to buy a cooking thermometer to double.check. We did not take pics as we already were disgusted and our appetite ruined. We paid the bill in full because we just wanted to get the hell out of there before our anger was let loose.. but if the manager/restaurant staff had any decency then they would of not charged us for the chicken. Also, the service needs work in the front. And the cleanliness of the dining area and the restroom lacked the average standard of what would be...

Apart from being a hip and chic place, this restaurant boasts of its great service and delectable Mexican dishes (and with very generous servings, too). The ribs boasts of its slow-cooked technique and the no-fuss, straight-forward barbecue sauce.
