So, i saw an insect in my Pakwan salad upon serving it on my plate... I immediately allerted the staff, they were very attentive. He saw the bug crawling on the salad. Then he took my plate and brought it to the kitchen. I don't know what it was, a small fly or maybe a small cockroach. But the staff returned to tell me that it was a fly that just went into the food AFTER they served it. Anyway, they allow pets, so that's the 2nd star. But...
Read moreMy first visit. I ordered the Bone Marrow Pintxos, Beef Pares Mami, and Garlic Fried Rice.
The Beef Bone Marrow was delicious! The Marrow was fatty and unctions; very decadent. There were slices of garlic bread for you to apply the Marrow like a spread.

I suspect it might be from lime or lye solution added when making the noodles. It reminded me of Miki noodles that I dislike very much.
The Garlic Fried Rice was just too salty for my liking.
The staff was prompt, and they were eager to please.
I would go back for the Bone...
