First things first, parking is a headache. Place is nothing special, you can tell it's quite old. But the food was great. Sashimi wasn't the airflown quality of some of the premium jap places but they were fresh enough. The ribeye teppan tasted a lot better than it looked (albeit being a little too buttery). The ebi chahan was bland and could have used lot more ebi, the sukiyaki was soupy goodness, but the beef they used was dry and tasteless and crumbled into ground beef, not ideal for sukiyaki. Tempura ice cream was a generous serving, but that's about it. It's vanilla ice cream, syrup, and soggy tempura batter. And did I mention parking is really bad?

This place is near greenhills village it’s in a good location it’s on the way to both mandaluyong and Quezon City you need to pass here the restaurant is not that visible like other stores the signage is small and there is only two parking available and it’s parallel parking The inside is ok not that big the food is just ok the taste is too strong not like other Japanese store I not really to too strong taste food. The gyoza is just ok the food for me is not too good maybe I won’t come back again

The sashimi quality doesn’t quite match the freshness you’d typically find in high-end Makati spots, the uni stood out—fresh, clean-tasting, and free of any fishy smell. The Dragon Roll was solid and above average, with a good balance of flavor and texture. The highlight, though, was the Beef Tenderloin Teppan—incredibly tender, buttery, and well-seasoned, paired nicely with a simple side of rice. Overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. Yuujin shines with its cooked dishes.

It's been 10+ years since I've been to Yuujin, since then it struck me as a fancy Japanese restaurant too expensive to enjoy every other week. Today we went there just to experience what I experienced at a cpuple of years back. Let me tell you it was not what I expected. The food was not at all expensive, it's pretty much in the middle for Japanese restaurants. Around 1,000 php per person should be plenty. The food was awesome. I remembered good food and good food was served! I half expected it to be plain/ outright unpalatable but I was wrong and i loved it. Definitely order the beef teppanyaki medium rare and ebi tempura.

Did not get to have maguro sashimi since it's not yet available but other than that gripe. I have no other concerns. The staff were...

The prices here are very reasonable considering that it's very good quality Japanese food. The place has a very comfortable and cozy ambiance and the waiters are very attentive. I love my Teriyaki Don and their salmon sashimi was fresh and good. They have good gyoza too but their eggplant tempura was just acceptable. They don't do food deliveries but you can order and pick it up and they are also in Grab food delivery. Parking is a challenge so either bring a driver or just don't bring your car. Opening hours is 11:00 am to 3:00 pm then 5:30 ...
