Jollibee Wilson — Restaurant in San Juan

Today Jan 15 ‘23 at about 5 past p.m., ordered at 1st window, 2 Aloha Champ Burgers, 2 Jrs (referring to smaller Alohas) and then reiterating 2 & 2 so 4 burgers, plus 1 Palabok & 1 Fries. At 2nd window, when we were handed our bag of orders my husband noticed our 2 Aloha Champs were not boxed so we returned all 4 burgers and stressed that all of them should be with pineapple. We were then told to wait at parking area. After about another 10 minutes, Window 2 person gave our bag of orders and seeing 2 boxed & 2 not boxed, we left thinking all were in order. When we got home and started eating, we discovered that the 2 Jrs didn’t have pineapples despite our clear reminder and long wait. We expect an explanation from Management because we cannot understand a mistake happening twice even after a clear reminder. Also, no apology for the long wait, inconvenience and first mistake. BTW, the OR matched the items given to us upon our checking when we discovered the mistake still. BUT THE POINT IS THE STAFF GAVE US AGAIN THE 2 ITEMS WE...

Very bad experience today at this jollibee branch. No coffee in the morning 8am!!!??? This may sound whiney so read on ... Ac is almost not working. I read review prior to writing this stating same thing. They dont care bout dine in customers. We were with our 9 months old. There were no tables anymore, only a small table for 2 squeezed beside the window. When there was table available, we had to ask the counter to clean a couple of times. All they managed to do i5a remove the plates and fork/etc... We got our alcohol spray and cleaned the table ourselves. We tried going to 2nd floor vut no ac there. I was having a bad day and I decided to just treat myself to Jollibee and for the first time in a very long time ngayong lang ako naka experience ng super frsh spaghetti hindi kulang sa sauce hindi overcooked yung noodles! Very warm pa sinerve sakin. The cashier in the first window seems to be a trainee but she was awesome same goes sa nag serve sakin sa receiving window. I asked them to remove the ice from my pineapple juice and i don’t know simple things like that na they didn’t give me attitude or a look that i was an inconvenience made me feel so much better!
