used to have breakfast at this branch before going to work. last two instances were not very nice. 2x i got served cheesy eggdesal supposed to be with sausage but the sausage patty was missing. 1st time i didn't complain because i have eaten half before realizing the missing part. 2nd time, same missing sausage patty so i informed the crew. waited ~10mins but still no eggdesal. i am close to being late for work since i have been 25mins or so inside. so i stood up and told the same crew that he can have my order for himself. the guy came up running to the parking lot with the food which i didn't accept. but i have to write this review to inform future customers about...

Kagabi (Oct 17, 2024 - 10pm) kumain kami ng kasama ko pag out, nag order kami ng 2 serving ng 1pc chicken at 1 iced coffee, natapos na kami kumain ng rice and chicken tapos ung nag zip kasama ko ay coke float pala ang binigay edi hindi na din ako uminom at pinapalitan namin based din sa resibo kasi 2 large iced coffee nakalagay, pero ang sinerve ay coke float. Un na nga pinalitan ng crew ung baklang nakasalamin na maputi tapos napahinga sya ng malalim, ang tagal mag serve, then bumalik kasama ko pag zip namin grabe ang tamis, pumunta ako sa counter at humingi sa tomboy sabi ko bakit sobrang tamis ng iced coffee namin na large sized, sagot nya at 1pump sugar lang daw un pero nung isang araw same order kami pero hindi ganun katamis, hinalo namin lalong tumatamis tapos nilagyan na ng 1cup ng tubig matamis pa din. Note kung si crew ang mali sa pag serving sana wag ibalasubas ang pag ta trabaho lalo na nasa food industry kasi wala naman kaming ginawang masama sa pag order at nag bayad kami ng tama, maayos din kami nag order sa mga crew pero bakit ganun ginawa sa drinks namin na halos parang 3 to 5 pump ng sugar ginawa na parang magkaka diabetis na kami sa sobrang tamis! Pako check nyo po sa cctv ung baklang naka salamin dahil sya ang nag prepare at nag palit ng drinks namin. Madalas kami kumakain jan pag out sa work kaya alam namin mga lasa ng foods and drinks na inoorder namin, sana hindi na maulit pagka attitude ng crew na yan at ibang crew nyo! Nakaka disappoint maka encounter na babalusabasin ang food na maayos mong binayaran at maayos mong sinabi sa crew. Again hindi namin kasalanan na iba ang drinks na ibinigay dahil magkaiba ang price ng iced coffee sa coke float!!! Maging responsable naman kayo sa...

Mcdo canlubang is pretty much ok. But sometimes if your driving thru. You have to double check the items purchased just to be sure some items are not missing. I remember my worst experience, when I opened by Mcdo Burger, just about lushing to eat them I opened the bun to supposedly put ketchup, the patty was not there only the cheese was there. I got back to them about 2 or 3 days later and talk with the Manager, they apologize for it and gave 1 burger instead. They are ok and looks clean...
