We got to the place past lunch time, hence the place has tons of tables available. We ordered lunch, a couple desserts and coffee. I requested to serve the dessert and drinks first, but still waited more than 20mins before they gave us our orders. For lunch, we ordered a filet mignon, pork cutlet and beef ribs. The waiting time was about 20-30mins, as was expected. When they served the ribs, I was told that the filet mignon was unavailable and they retracted it back less than a minute when they got a new batch. After waiting for another 25 minutes, they did serve the steak. It was chewy, hard to cut and more than well done. It was a sorry excuse for a steak and I don't think they used the right cut of beef for it. Aside from the steak incident, the slightly rude head chef, (who hasn't apologized for the steak), miscommunication between the staff and the kitchen, the food was tasty.

Former house turned coffee shop. Has great character and dim lighting. Good for meetings or dates. Coffee and snacks are delightful, but I would recommend that HOT coffee be served in coffee mugs and not glass cups (suitable for cold coffee). So thankful I found this place. However it was disappointing to see people with their dirty feet on the furniture listening to videos without earphones. I hope management increases their prices to prevent these type of people from ruining the wonderful atmosphere. Also, I know it’s Christmas, but why is it necessary to play the same songs over and over and over and over again? It honestly takes away from the experience...

Back in college I heard so much of this place but since I cannot afford it I did not get the chance. Short holidays made it real when my dabarkad offered me a tour/roam around Tacloban City (of course reminiscing college days and the worst typhoon Yolanda) and had a break in here before having goosebumps in the church of diri namon ibubulag Sr.Sto Niño (after how many years) Absolutely pretty place to chill, chit-chat with a cup of coffee. Highly recommended! Damu nga salamat!

I had lunch today there with my mother. The place is great and the food were the delicious. However, there was a little problem with a staff when I ordered dessert.

I asked for a carrot cake and 2 cashew tarts. I did get my cake, but then they got me two sansrival. I (politely) said that I asked for cashew tarts, but the lady got all defensive, even went to the back to ask the other staff there, and I didn't like her tone on how she talked to me. From there, I just decided to just let it go to not make the situation out of hand over a dessert.

I don't mind the mistake/misunderstanding, but had she not talked to me that way, (and apologize that she heard it wrong) I would have let it slide and not write a review. I just feel that they have to be aware and mindful next time it happens to another paying customer.

Sorry, it got to this and thank you for your...
