Giligan's — Restaurant in Tagaytay

The worst food I ever had, Service was so bad either, My Family and I tried to Dine to this restaurant and advice us that they are closing and we can only order take out, so we decided to order a takeout, and Manager took my number and she said that will call us for pick up, after 1 hour she called and said that fried chicken that we order and paid, was not available, so I said fine just reimburse my money, after 2 minutes she txted me that everything was fine and ginawan n nila ng paraan, so I was wondering how, do they buy chicken at that moment, when all store nearby was closed, so I waited and called after 30 minutes and she said that the food was ready, I came down from Quest Hotel to pick up our order. The Pork Sinigang that was in the plastic bag was cold, and without any cutlery or plates, nor bowl to put the soup of sinigang, and burned outside of the fried chicken and cold inside, chicken was nasty like left over chicken or something else, it was really nasty chicken, Karekare doesn't have any meat at all, we end up not eating the food, and so disappointed, my kids are hungry and end up...

This happens at Giligan's Fora Tagaytay - October 9, 2022 around 3pm. The service of the waiter was good, I think the manager took care of us by delivering food, it just so happen when we order grilled bangus the food doesn't taste good at all. It's itchy to the tongue, we asked the manager and requested to cook again maybe it's still raw but after our dining we had to rush my mother-in-law to the hospital and doctors diagnosis was food poison that triggered her allergy. I hope the owner/kitchen manager check the quality of their food very well. We've spent 4,000 pesos in the hospital because of this incident plus...
