I ordered via phone directly to their store, the manager said that delivery time might take 45 mins. to 1 hour and I told him that it's ok and I'll give them 2 hours time to deliver. Then, an hour before the given delivery time, the manager phoned again and told me that they wanted to deliver my order an hour earlier which I refused because no one will receive the order since I may not be home yet. They insisted that they wanted to deliver the food and manager was very rude over the phone as if he wasn't talking to a customer. The JED crew (Jollibee Express Delivery) who answered my call doesn't have product knowledge. She doesn't know the prices and the products of Jollibee. The staffs of this store must undergo a strict training specially the managers. These people ruined the good reputation of Jollibee. This is the only store I encountered a bad...
Read moreI've been eating jolibee for almost 3 decades. I've been buying my own jolibee for almost 15 years. And in all my 15years of buying jolibee...this jolibee has got to be the most slow and inexperienced staffed jolibee I have ever ordered in. Our order was: Kulang kulang Wrong size of drinks Slow order taking Confused order taking (Seriously...we ordered the jolli hotdog with all the toppings & I kid you not she looked super confused and twisted her head to stare at the picture of the jolli hotdog on the counter for a long time. Anu un? Its your product d mo alam?) Our whole order taking took about 7-10mins. Please DO NOT leave trainees alone to train other trainees. The two girls taking my order were confused as hell. Nakaka frustrate lalo na pag gutom na gutom ka na. As in. I had not eaten in 18hours and this is what my first...

At first, it seemed like the staff thought we were just trolling, but after a while, we approached Levi to let them know that it was really our brother Tinoy’s birthday. They clarified it and informed the manager. After a few minutes, Levi and his friend Kuya Neil, who were a bit shy at first, gave us free sundae. We truly enjoyed them, and Tinoy was so happy because he rarely gets to visit Mendez since his hometown is Amadeo, Cavite. Thank you so much to the...
