This is the main restaurant inside Summit Ridge to cater to their checked in guests. Just outside you will find other restaurants like bag of beans, Mary Grace and and Shakey's just to name a few. Point is they've got serious competition so I'm interested to know how they keep up on a daily basis. Let's start with ambiance, the place is actually nice and well decorated to match the Christmas season. We ate dinner here and also tried their breakfast buffet the morning after. For dinner we ordered boneless crispy pata karekare, sweet and sour pampano, pork sinigang, chicken and pansit. They were actually all good, a little bit salty in general though. Highlight would have to be the crispy pata karekare. Veggies were fresh and the sauce was thick and creamy, perfect match for the bagoong. The breakfast buffet to my surprise told the same story, food quality was good and selection was ok as well. I loved the champorado and danggit combo and the tapa and toast combo. My kid loved the cereals and fresh milk. In short, they are fit for purpose as a hotel main restaurant. The outside restaurants appear to serve not as competition to shut them down but as competition to remind them to always keep their quality up.

You’re missing out if you dont place an order for their to die for Bulalo. Brings me comfort in every spoonful, perfect for any rainy day or a gathering of family and friends. The dish centers around a rich, hearty broth made by simmering beef shank and bone marrow for hours, resulting in a clear, flavorful soup that’s deeply savory yet light on the palate. The beef is tender, falling off the bone with just a slight tug, and the marrow adds a luxurious, velvety texture to the broth. Served with a mix of vegetables like corn on the cob, cabbage, and green beans. Of course, 2 servings of rice please. Like literally the cow is in your mouth!!!!

We arrived while they are doing the renovations for their cafe. We were able to dine at their hotel dining hall. We ordered their iced chocolate, iced mocha, tapa, penne pesto pasta, and chili beef dip. The food was mid, nothing special to note. Their coffee was bad but their service was a little okay. Diners must note that they do not accept card payments and we had to go out to withdraw cash at the nearby Robinson's mall to pay them. I wish they brought this up beforehand. The smell of the tables was also off-putting as it still smells like paint.
