This is the main restaurant inside Summit Ridge to cater to their checked in guests. Just outside you will find other restaurants like bag of beans, Mary Grace and and Shakey's just to name a few. Point is they've got serious competition so I'm interested to know how they keep up on a daily basis. Let's start with ambiance, the place is actually nice and well decorated to match the Christmas season. We ate dinner here and also tried their breakfast buffet the morning after. For dinner we ordered boneless crispy pata karekare, sweet and sour pampano, pork sinigang, chicken and pansit. They were actually all good, a little bit salty in general though. Highlight would have to be the crispy pata karekare. Veggies were fresh and the sauce was thick and creamy, perfect match for the bagoong. The beef is tender, falling off the bone with just a slight tug, and the marrow adds a luxurious, velvety texture to the broth. Served with a mix of vegetables like corn on the cob, cabbage, and green beans. Of course, 2 servings of rice please.

We ordered their iced chocolate, iced mocha, tapa, penne pesto pasta, and chili beef dip. The food was mid, nothing special to note. Their coffee was bad but their service was a little okay. Diners must note that they do not accept card payments and we had to go out to withdraw cash at the nearby Robinson's mall to pay them. I wish they brought this up beforehand. The smell of the tables was also off-putting as it still...
