Was supposed to dine for dinner. I was with a senior citizen (all white hair and looked really senior). When we are about to pay and showed his ID through a picture from his celphone, they said discount cannot be given since they need the physical ID (but it was left in the car in the parking lot of MCT). I asked why is there a need for a physical ID when other establishments do accept his ID saved as a photo. I asked what do they need to see from the physical ID. The cashier said she needs to get the name, birthday and ID no. I said all of those are all shown in the picture. “Basta we need po physical ID”. I really do not get the point. Physically, the picture in the photo is the senior citizen I am with. All the data they need are all in the picture shown through the celphone. Since they need the physical ID, The senior citizen went out to go the parking lot of MCT to get the physical ID. Where is the compassion? Why will they ask the senior citizen to go out for the physical ID? They could have said nicely like “for now, this is okay but next time please bring physical ID”. That will be better. I asked them if they need to take photo of the ID. They said no. Then what do they need to see? Again, the number, name and birthday. They will copy lang daw. WTH! Cant they copy those data from photo? Since the pandemic, ID photos on the celphone is acceptable. I guess to sum this all up. They just want to be excused from giving discounts. They will make it harder to AVOID GIVING DISCOUNT. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE HAVING A PHYSICAL ID AND A PROOF OF BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN THROUGH A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID SHOWING THE BIRTHDAY? The expanded senior citizen ACT with RA 9994 does not limit the discount to someone holding an OSCA ID but also other valid IDs that clearly show the name, photo,...
Read moreThis is, by far, the worst KFC branch I’ve ever encountered. The level of incompetence from the management is glaring, and it trickles down to the crew. The male manager is particularly unfit for the role, his leadership (or lack thereof) is clearly reflected in the unprofessional behavior of the staff.
Note: Me and my friend noticed the rude behavior of their staff when ordering at drive thru. Parang utang na loob pa namin umorder kami sa kfc na to.
The service is absolutely terrible. Most of the crew are rude, showing no sense of courtesy or customer service. It’s unacceptable that something as basic as a greeting, especially in the drive-thru, is consistently ignored.
KFC should seriously reconsider the management at this branch. The male manager needs to be replaced with someone capable of running the store efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for customers. Avoid this branch if you value...
Read moreFirst time we went, we dined in, place was a bit sour. We werent sure if someone spilled vinegar but it was sour. Besides this, they got my drink wrong. Told them I wanted iced tea, cashier even clarified my order but got sprite instead. We didnt mind this since we were hungry and we needed to go.
Second time going here, we opted to drive thru instead, we placed our order in the intercom and as we went to window to pay, that's when the cashier only mentioned that they're only accepting cash - they should mention this the moment people are ordering. So we had to cancel our order and leave.
Third time going (and probably the last), was going to order a bucket of chicken but they only had spicy chicken.
Therefore we conclude, we're fed up with this branch. Never...
