YOSHIHARA Japanese Dining & Grocery — Restaurant in Taguig

Japanese resto x Japanese Mini mart.  I tried (in different days) some of their offerings.  The food prep ranges  from 20-30min upon ordering which is ok for me as they cook as you order.  Self service for the water to drink.  Though they offer a small bowl of tea and a hand towel with poured water in a small saucer.  Chopsticks and soysauce are available in tihe table.  It is suggested to eat in the tray you are served and return the tray with your plates bowl etc to the kitchen area window.  The crew are courteous and good mannered.  The front parking is limited but there is a good amount of parking space at the back. This Japanese shop is situated along Cayetano Blvd and just beside Taguig Restaurant. My husband and I spotted this place while we were driving along the area. We ordered Gyoza and Beef Garlic Pepper with sides (miso soup, Japanese pickles, and cabbage salad).

The ambiance was peaceful for a Sunday night dinner although it took about 35-40 minutes for us to get our order. If you’re craving for Japanese snacks and sweets, you might find it here. They also sell Asian cuisine ingredients such as mirin.

Yoshihara is self-service which for me is just fine. The food was good. I hope they serve more cucumber side dish. Pricey a bit for me. The place is small. It has three tables, good for 12 people. There’s noodle area where you can cook your own. The store inside the resto brings a different vibe. Water dispenser is available. Claygo is practiced also. There’s an area where you can bring your tray after eating. No parking in front but there’s parking slots...
