Japanese resto x Japanese Mini mart. I tried (in different days) some of their offerings. The food prep ranges from 20-30min upon ordering which is ok for me as they cook as you order. Self service for the water to drink. Though they offer a small bowl of tea and a hand towel with poured water in a small saucer. Chopsticks and soysauce are available in tihe table. The front parking is limited but there is a good amount of parking space at the back. I will come back...

The staff were courteous ☺️...
