Starbucks 8 Forbes Town — Restaurant in Taguig

This is supposedly a Reserve branch, but they only had single origin beans for filter coffee available as their Reserve drinks, at the time of my visit. I was expecting a more diverse menu, especially from a Reserve branch located along Forbestown / Burgos Circle BGC. The branch is not too big, and I can imagine it can get full pretty quickly on busier days. Service is good from my experience; no complaints there. There is no wifi available. There is plenty of pay parking in the area, but it gets pricey quickly if you stay for longer than 3 hours. Overall, it is a decent branch. But I can think of a handful of other Reserve branches I would rather go to for better options for coffee, spaciousness, and...

I have been a loyal customer of the Forbes Town branch. Today I was upset when I asked for a cup hoder/base for my take out coffee, which will be in transit in my vehicle. For the first time, they declined. Apparently they only give these for delivery!

I even asked if they would give me a holder if I ordered for pick up via grab and I picked it up myself, and the staff said yes!

It doesn't make sense unless Starbucks changed it's values. "Profit over customer." "Policy over customer."

Is this the new brand promise of Starbucks? Such practices totally destroyed the holiday spirit that my red cup...

This Starbucks branch has been excellent. From the foods, staff, and the place. They made the coffee great. You can see that everyone is passionate about it. Aside from being skilled, the staff has been friendly and have that excellent service. Place is clean and a great place to hang around and work.
