Had breakfast there just this week. Arrived just in time as they opened at 7AM. Quite surprised that they already have a few customers that early. What surprised me further is that they already have everything mise-en-place the moment they opened. This, at least for me anyways, gives the impression of a high level of professionalism and coordination not only from the servers but from the kitchen staff as well. Something that can only be achieved by constant training and improvement by all parties involved. As for the service, the waitress Ana was very professional and is very attentive of the guests. Never did I encountered our water glasses empty nor a finished plate waiting idly on the table. Upon her recommendation, we did try the pastry board. There was quite a selection and you could ask the staff for a recommendation on what`s their personal favourite. The Guava pastry did not fail the recommendation as well as the cookies. Lastly of course is the food which is the main reason why we do reviews. We ordered the house cured salmon & eggs on toast. The egg was on point and was poached just right so that the yolk is still runny and smooth. the salmon is differently cured from usual and has a distinct taste. I did not ask that time but I believe the thick slice of bread was a brioche bun, but would have to confirm that once we return. For my part I ordered the Wildflour breakfast. I chose this over the the Croque Madame and Chorizo Fundido. The rationale behind this is that if the restaurant puts its name of a plate then they have the confidence that this is good as it is their name on the line. A make or break dish. Wildflour consists of 2 eggs done to your liking, I did mine sunnyside up, home fries, bread which for me is the star of the dish, and either sausages or add +50Php for a bacon slab. There are 2 things that one needs to look for on a continental breakfast like wildflour, properly portioned food that balances each other out. and the medium to accompany it with which is the bread. The home fries has a few crunchy bits as they included the skin with the fry up great texture difference if you ask me. I was a bit surprised with the sausages as I did not looked at the website beforehand. It was two thick slices of boloña like sausages. In my mind I was thinking they would come in links but is still good none the less, just a bit salty but cooked properly. In Spain, there is a certain criteria for good bread. The outer crust must be hard but can be easily break when pressed your looking for the crunch sound when breaking it. The interior must be moist and chewy with a bit of resistance when you bit into it. The bread is almost at par with what I have back home. But none the less, this is one of the best bread I have tasted lately here in the Philippines. If there are any improvements, perhaps a little bit more flakiness on the crust. Having said all that, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family for casual dining out. You could even have breakfast meetings here as the tables are large to accommodate the large plates and of course your laptops and whatnots. TL:DR Service - 5 Stars Ambiance - 4.5 Food - 4.8 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Footnote: Will Update this review when I have the chance to do lunch or dinner there in the future.

Perhaps I visited the establishment with certain level of expectation, after reading all the glowing reviews. We ordered the Wildflour Breakfast and the Blueberry Ricotta cheese pancakes. We requested for the Wildflour Breakfast to be served first and the service staff confirmed that the Breakfast would be served first, but it ended up being served together with the pancakes. If an establishment is going to put their name behind a dish, it should be a dish that showcases the unique flavour or personality of the establishment. Unfortunately, the Breakfast did not deliver. The poached eggs seemed to be more akin to soft-boiled eggs as the egg whites were too runny. The potatoes and bacon were unremarkable as well. The pancakes fared much better, with a light, eggy texture and served with honey at the side. Our table was wobbly and there was an entourage with a brawling baby next to us, so we requested for a change of seats as there were seats that were not reserved around us. The staff refused to let us change our seats even though the seats were available And instead brought some stacks of paper to prop the table up, nearly spilling the glasses of water. Hence, can't comment much positives regarding the atmosphere aside from the loads of natural light streaming in.

Recommended. Fine dining. Free wifi. Indoor and outdoor dining options, wide and spacious for family reunions or group gatherings, or can come in two's or solo, anything-goes works. Western dishes. Middle-class hangout that appears both casual and laidback while maintaining a certain bistro-style elegance to it with the artworks on its walls. Staff service is attentive in filling in water cups every time it goes empty or close to empty, you never have to call for them for a refill. And if you don't finish your food, you can have it packed for takeout. Serving size is larger than counterparts in the area. Mostly oily & tasty food, except for fresh salad. Mac and & isn't anything special. Both salmon options were nice. Rotisserie chicken is good for 2 people; the largest serving. Fries are crispy with a mild taste & aren't greasy. Beef tapa came with the usual sweetness to it. Calamares appetizer was soft yet crispy; the dip sauce was good with a hint of herb and mild spice for some kick. Mussels cooked in butter was good. Squid ink pasta looked like black squid in shape but it's just pasta, tastes okay. Bakery had Filipino treats & pasalubong. Ice cream pint is priced at about 800 pesos while the bigger one is at least 1000 pesos. Good to visit in various occasions.

Me and my friends went there a few days ago to have some pastries, and these are the summary of our experiences:

Highly Overpriced - First of all, we are okay with paying premium as long as the quality delivers. And just to be clear, we are big spenders, and we spend quite a lot on food and related products. But this one just do not warrant its high price. For context: they charge their 5-6 pcs of 'almost regular' tasty bread around Php200 to 300. Only for us to find out later that there's nothing special with the texture or flavor of the bread - just kind of ordinary really.

Poor Service - From the moment we walked-in their shop, we noticed that the service crews are having a bad day. But well, that's okay with us, as long as they provide us what we need it should be fine. The problem is, every time we wanted to buy something, we have to wait in front of the cashier for some time because the cashier is not there. Someone has to call the "cashier" from, I'm not sure if that's their storage room or what just to punch our item. And on top of that, from the expression of their crews, they'll let you feel like you're actually disturbing them for buying. i.e rolling of eyes, condescending tone, etc. Can you believe that? What is store needs is an overhaul of crews or send all of them to intensive basic courtesy training.

In conclusion, we do not recommend this place. In terms of value of money to the goods and services you're getting, you might as well go to stores like Dean & Deluca, UCC Cafe, or even...
