TITAN Fort, Taguig — Local services in Taguig

The cashier for their barbershop was very rude so early in the morning. I simply inquired regarding a haircut and i was greeted with a condescending look and a nasty tone of voice, explaining i need a booking to get a haircut and only if someone does not show up then i will be accommodated.

I understand that there are prestigious brands that use a condescending tactic for sales. However this is not a shop that should be seen as the same as those brands that effectively use the tactic. Especially if the services I'm simply inquiring about is a hair cut that is less than a grand that everyone can afford.

Another note is that regardless of status in life of a customer a cashier should not be as nasty as she was. She could have been nicer and more accommodating which would encourage me to stay and wait in case a booking opens up that could also lead to a sale in shoes rather than leaving a bad taste for the...

Disappointed with Their Payment Process and Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Titan Fort. They pressured me to pay quickly without thoroughly checking if my initial transaction had gone through. Only later did I find out that the transaction did push through, and now my money is stuck.

To make matters worse, their staff were unfriendly and didn’t even bother to smile or show any level of customer care. Their lack of professionalism and poor attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse.

I expected better service, proper payment verification, and courteous staff, but Titan Fort failed on all fronts. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until they improve their payment systems and train their employees on basic...

Very cool aesthetic with good barbers, the only thing that I found a bit unnerving is the fact that they only take credit card payment for store purchases and not for the haircut itself. For any overseas travelers: Titan is a great stop to get a quick cut (if they're not busy) and back massage for less than $10 CAD. It is definitely not the cheapest place to get your haircut in the Philippines but it is definitely the coolest.
