McDonald's — Restaurant in Zamboanga City

One of McDonald's branches here in Zamboanga City, Philippines! It was a quite nice experience because the place is cool (in a good timing) and the food is great!

The reason why I gave 4 stars is that... the staffs/crews are not very welcoming. Especially that when my order of Medium drinks (which is coke with no-ice) gave me a not-full cup of coke. And when I gently asked why isn't not full, they just tell me because I did not ask for "ice".

But, WHY?! I am not satisfied with the drinks. :( I hope they just fill it. Anyway, it is about the drink. Not...

Poor customer service, lot of staff but not responding to the customers' request. Always busy talking to each other. It seems they lack the love of their work and don't have the typical Filipino attitude of "malasakit" . Their team leaders could not move the staffs. The vibe compared to other mcdonalds was different. Staffs are not that accommodating. No smiles. It feels unfriendly atmosphere.
