Myself and my girlfriend reserved a table for valentines and our 1 year anniversary, We were sat down in our table on time, but that's where the good service ends, we were immediately informed that due to busyness we could only order one item of food and one drink each, we looked through the menu and both ordered a drink and a meal. Once we placed our order all menus were taken away. We did not have an opportunity to purchase another drink. Just after we ordered we heard the server next to us tell her table that they could order 2 dishes per person. We waited over an hour and a half (3/4 of our reservation time) for our food to arrive, we had a two hour reservation until the table was booked next, this gave us only half an hour to eat our food, while also making us have only one drink two hours. We both understand the service industry as we both have previous experience working at a restaurant, we have both worked during high demand times, this is not how service should be handled they should have an appropriate amount of servers and chefs working to deal with whatever event is on.

The meal was quite small, we both got the beef tenderloin, while decent in taste the size was puny, the chips accompanied were of an alright standard, my girlfriends garlic butter was very hard. I got the blueberry cocktail, which was quite nice, she ordered a special valentines drink. It was very poorly presented and the taste was nothing special.

The service was lackluster, the staff were clearly showing how they didn't want to be there, while we were waiting for our food (1.5 hours) we saw them chatting amongst each other not working during a time in which they were "swamped". Very very very poor impression, they would not make it in an actual efficient restaurant.

The price for such lackluster food and such awful service was also through the roof, I expected to receive service entitling what I paid We also payed 12 for a jug of tap water

Overall awful awful awful please never go there. Terrible impression from them, will be recommending everyone to...

Me and my boyfriend decided to celebrate our anniversary and valentines day by booking a table here. We were sat down pretty quickly, we were immediately informed that due to business we could only order one dish and one drink each. We made our peace with that at the moment but a second later a table next to us was presented with the option to order two dishes per person. That was after we placed our order so we weren't able to change ours. We were excited about their appetisers so we were disappointed initially but after hearing the table next to us getting different treatment we became upset. We ordered our food and drinks, the drinks were alright but the wait for the food was awful we waited an hour and half for two rare steaks mind you we only were able to keep our reservation for two hours so we had 30 minutes to actually "enjoy" our meals. The steaks were okay but way too small for the price, the garlic butter was garlicy for about 5 seconds after it became just butter, the fries were nice, presentation just alright. The drinks were decent. The staff wasnt overly friendly honestly just mediocre service. But for a busy night they sure had lots of time to laugh extremely obnoxiously and chat for ages. We also payed 12zł for a jug of tap water so thats just lovely. Overall it was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience I do not recommend especially for special occasions. Very disappointing. I understand being busy as I worked in the service industry but valentines day is a special day for many people and they just should not offer services they cannot provide. Definitely not worth the money...

Przyszliśmy razem z narzeczoną świętować specjalną okazję. Wybraliśmy doki jako miejsce pewne, o zawsze wysokiej jakości jedzenia, drinków i znakomitej obsłudze. Przystawka, drinki, tequila super. Niestety danie główne narzeczonej było mocno rozczarowujące. Smak genialny, wygląd dania ekstra, natomiast główne składniki, czyli dorsz i puree były po prostu zimne. Oboje sprawdziliśmy czy jest chłodne i faktycznie było. Kelnerka podeszła do nas po dwóch minutach od podania dania z pytaniem czy wszystko w porządku. Odpowiedzieliśmy, że danie jest zimne. I tu zaczęła się ta smutna historia. Kelnerka trzykrotnie udawała się na piętro do kucharza informując go o naszych odczuciach. Za każdym razem wracała z informacją, że jedzenie jest gorące i dopiero co zostało zdjęte z patelni. Warto dodać, że od pierwszego podejścia kelnerki do stolika, proponowane jej było spróbowanie dania w celu oceny. Zostało to zignorowanie przez nią jak i kucharza. Po trzeciej wycieczce do kucharza i po trzeciej naszej próbie nakłonienia do spróbowania dania, odmówiła mówiąc, że przecież minęło już ponad 15 minut, więc wiadomo, że danie będzie zimne. W całym tym czasie narzeczona nie jadła oczekując na rozwój sytuacji. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc kelnerka była bardzo sympatyczna i empatyczna, ale brakowało profesjonalizmu - bieganie przez 15 minut w dół i w górę, będąc pośrednikiem pomiędzy nami a kucharzem wyglądało po prostu komicznie. Kucharz w ogóle nie zainteresował się podejściem do naszego stolika i wyjaśnieniem sprawy, albo natychmiastowym poproszeniem talerza w celu oceny dania. Finalnie kelnerka zaproponowała wybór innego dania z karty, ale na czekanie kolejnych minut nie mieliśmy najmniejszej ochoty. Zaproponowaliśmy zapłacenie połowy ceny za danie, którego i tak jedynie część dało się zjeść - najdroższy kalafior i seler naciowy ever. Jesteśmy mocno rozczarowani i zawiedzeni...
