I had the pleasure of interacting with Piotr, Radek, Monika, Beata, and Martyna, each of whom went above and beyond to ensure every morning was not just pleasant, but uplifting.

I spent a night in this hotel on my way to Mazury. I booked two joined rooms, that could easily fit my 3 kids, granny and myself. We loved the experience! My kids most of all. We were greeted by very nice receptionists - Mateusz and Przemek, who were very helpful and incredibly patient with us, after we spilled coffee 10 minutes after arrival, locked the door between the rooms and were messing up with hotel's Xbox. Every hoteliers nightmare! But they were nothing but professional and friendly. My oldest teenage daughter appreciated fast Wi-Fi. Beds were comfortable, bathroom in one room with a bathtub and in the other with the shower. Breakfast was very good.Location of the hotel is one of its strongest points.
