GRUNT palarnia kawy — Restaurant in Bielsko-Biała

Nigdy więcej nie wrócę do tego miejsca i nikomu nie polecam tam chodzić. Na początek, jak tylko moja rodzina i ja weszliśmy i usiedliśmy przy stole, były tam brudne naczynia po poprzednich gościach, po tym jak zawołałem kelnerkę i poprosiłem ją o sprzątnięcie stołu, zabrała tylko talerze, ale nawet ich nie wytarła, dlatego musieliśmy o to zapytać później. Okazało się, że trzeba było od razu wziąć menu, odczekać w kolejce, złożyć zamówienie i dopiero zapłacić. Zamówiliśmy herbatę, po czym okazało się, że była w torebkach. Podczas składania zamówienia poprosiliśmy o zwykłą zieloną herbatę, na co powiedziano nam, że tak, jednak okazało się, że była to herbata z jaśminem. Jedzenie jest smaczne, ale nie warte swojej ceny. Ale najgorsze było to, że jedzenie to było podawane rękoma, bez rękawiczek. Skąd mam wiedzieć, gdzie były ręce kucharza na sekundę przed tym, jak dotknął mojego kurczaka? A kran w toalecie był zepsuty, nie biorąc pod uwagę faktu, że nie było tam nawet żadnych środków higieny kobiecej. A obsługa nie jest nawet potrzebna; równie dobrze mogę sam wziąć talerz i zapłacić rachunek. A jedzenie nie jest przygotowywane w sterylnych warunkach. Pozytywem jest to, że było smacznie i ładnie, ale nic więcej, biorąc pod uwagę wysokie ceny

I would never go back to that place again and I don't recommend anyone to go there. First of all, as soon as my family and I walked in and sat down at the table, there were dirty dishes from previous guests. I called and asked the waitress to clean the table, but she only took the plates away but didn't even wipe it, which is why I had to ask her about it later. It turned out that you have to take a menu first, wait in line, order, and only then pay. We ordered tea, which turned out to be in bags. When ordering, we asked for regular green tea, to which they answered yes, although it turned out to be with jasmine. The food is delicious, but not worth the money. But the worst thing was that they serve this food with bare hands. How was I supposed to know where the cook's hands were a second before he groped my chicken? And the faucet in the toilet was broken, not to mention that there weren't even any feminine hygiene products there. And the staff is not even needed, I could just as well take the plate myself and punch the check. And the food is not prepared in sterile conditions. On the plus side, it was tasty and pretty, but nothing more, and considering that the prices...

This is a good coffee place. They make fresh bread and so on, would be nice to have also a selection of pastries for breakfast. Like in the Danish style bakeries ( not just the croissant menu set) This is a concept that is missing around Bielsko and frankly not sure why such a nice place does not consider it.

Beside that.

Coffee is a 4/5. A bit on the acidic side and not much foam in the cappuccino Breakfast is very good quality In the location the parking is a bit tight in the weekend and expect long waits in the weekend.

We came here from Slovakia and after the experience this is result.

The food separatly is really great also the coffe and all the menu staff.. but service and people who are serving dont even smile.. the atmosphere is all gloomy. I already visited many countries and coffe shops and I can clearly say that it doesnt matter how it looks or where is it located but really important is the Personal..

The system how you need to order your food and coffee is real chaos.. sometimes you have to wait 10-15min in the line even tho the tables are free..

Overall i would get 3/5 stars to...
