Łąka Bar — Restaurant in Gdansk

We were eating there today, 5 adults. First of all, food is delicious, no complains at all. The atmosphere is also really nice and welcoming. Sadly we didn't have a great experience overall. Waiting time is in general long, even if there weren't many people. My boyfriend received another dish, not the one he ordered. Anyways he accepted to keep it. After that, when the waitress was bringing my dish (that came 5 minutes later than the rest of dishes) fell to the floor making dirty the backs of 2 of us. This is something that can happen and the waitress was polite and said sorry several times. That itself wasn't a problem for us. However in our opinion the stuff didn't react properly to this situation. They didn't have an anti-stain product, which it could have been really useful. They gave us a 10%discount when we were paying. This is for sure not close to covering the cost of the destroyed white t-shirt and raincoat that got dirty with the...

I had dinner here twice when I was in Gdansk and it was soooo good!! Nice staff, great flavours, inventive dishes (Asian ingredients and tastes but not authentic dishes, fusion vibes). Totally recommend!

One thing is the Thai Ramen - don't be fooled, this is not a lemongrass infused, spicy coconut milk based noodle dish, this is very much a TAIWANESE STYLE beef noodle soup. NOT Thai. I think the map of Asia might have confused whoever made the menu. But you can't blame them when it tastes this good!!!

We also had k burger (veg version), black beef bowl (meat), pad Thai with tofu, dirty fries. All was delicious - although the pad Thai was too sweet for me, and it didn't come with a wedge of lime to add some sourness. I recommend you add a lime slice to your pad Thai so the customer can control the flavour...
