I had breakfast at this charming café, and it was a delightful experience overall! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The scrambled eggs on toast, accompanied by sides like sautéed mushrooms and fresh labneh with pomegranate seeds, were flavorful and satisfying. The drink selection was creative, and I especially enjoyed the fresh juice infused with herbs and fruits.
The ambiance was another highlight. The cozy yet modern interior, with its wooden elements, industrial lighting, and pops of greenery, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thoughtful touches like the picture wall and festive garlands added personality and charm to the space.
The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the presence of dogs inside the café. While I understand this might appeal to some, it was unusual for me personally, as I prefer animals to be kept outdoors in dining establishments.
That aside, the excellent service, delicious food, and lovely atmosphere make this café a fantastic choice. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a unique breakfast spot with great...
Read moreIn the space of a week I had the most enjoyable and most disappointing meal of the summer at Nie/Mięsny in Gdańsk. The first was the the pulled beef sandwich 😋 highly recommended!! However, the second visit I ordered a seasonal budda bowl. I explicitly ordered the bowl without cheese and when it came it was with cheese. I returned it and the waitress then said I will get a freshly made dish on the house. (Obviously me and my friend having to wait and awkwardly eat separately). But when the food came it was not the same dish that I ordered! And then when the bill came I was in fact charged for it. By this time I was too tired and embarrassed to complain further… Perhaps it is not taken so seriously in Poland as am used to in Western Europe. But I recommend you strongly emphasise your allergy(ies) when ordering. And I recommend that the restaurant staff improve their...
Read moreThe restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and had a well done and new interior decor.
When we first got there we had to wait for a table because there wasn’t one available at the moment so we had to wait around 5 minutes, but that wasn’t a big problem for us since that just meant that the place was popular.
The staff had a nice tone and were engaged in the restaurant and the great feeling of the place.
The place had great food and many different varieties of food from the Middle East and Northern Africa. They are open to all sorts of allergies and will do their best to customise you’re food to your likings. The beer was great, they even had a beer made for the restaurant. A beer recommendation would be...
