I’m sorry I didn’t listen to the warnings about this place, they weren’t exaggerating and I was disappointed in the end overall. First, and I don’t usually comment on this, but the waitress seemed very inexperienced and unorganised. (The whole place seemed very unorganised.) She did not predict or even see the needs of the clients, did not know what order to do things in, and had to constantly be reminded about the things she had to do. It was obvious that she was overwhelmed even by the few client that could fit in the small restaurant. Next is the food. Unfortunate very average, the dumplings were the only good dish out of the three we got. they were brought out very far apart form each other, and two of the dishes were cold. The supposedly “freshly fried” chicken was the coldest. The noodle dish was not that bad, but i could tell the sauce (which was straight from the jar, not handmade) was watered down and the portion was only worth half the price. In general, the price is not worth the food and service at all. Im not saying the food is bad, it’s just not worth the price. It the kind of food on the level of late-night takeout when you are desperate for anything to eat and want something cheap. The restaurant itself is very questionable, likely a DIY project, and not very clean. I don’t have anything against small businesses and places, but it could easily be much cleaner and nicer even on a small budget. It just wasn’t a nice place to sit and eat. In general, I would recommend that the restaurant either really upgrade their interior, food, and service; or bring down the prices significantly because it is just not worth it. Po wielu pochlebnych opiniach, które w ostatnich dniach dotarły do nas na temat smaku potraw serwowanych w Chicken and Kimchi, postanowiliśmy ich spróbować na własnych podniebieniach. Przyszliśmy w sobotę ok. 15, przed nami na dania czekała tylko 1 para. Po naszym zamówieniu sukcesywnie pojawiało się mnóstwo gości - chcieli zjeść na miejscu, zamawiali też na wynos. Obsługa była zaskoczona, że jest tyle gości (jeden z Panów z okularach wychodząc zza kotary powiedział z uśmiechem na ustach: uuu, so many people"). Wszyscy goście byli bardzo wyrozumiali, grzecznie czekali na swoje dania. Nawet to, że w lokalu było wyjątkowo zimno, a większość gości siedziała w kurtkach, nie przeszkadzało nam w spokojnym czekaniu na swoją kolej. Jakież było nasze zdziwienie, kiedy pojedyncze dania zaczęły opuszczać kuchnię, jednak nie trafiały one do nas, nie trafiały też do pary, która była w lokalu przed nami, a trafiała do tych, którzy byli za nami! I to te same dania, które myśmy też zamawiali! Część dań wracała z powrotem na kuchnię, bo okazywało się, że goście przy innych stolikach ich nie zamawiali. Po ponad godzinie oczekiwania i obserwacji tego chaosu podeszliśmy do lady i próbowaliśmy wyjaśnić sprawę. Jedyne, na co było stać Pana w okularach to: "I will check", bo czym zniknął za kotarą. Wrócił po 5 min., ale nie do nas, tylko z jakimś gotowym daniem dla gości, którzy zamówili jako jedni z ostatnich... Po 1,5godz. od momentu zamówienia wyszliśmy - głodni, zmarznięci i wkurzeni na obsługę. Szkoda, bo zapach wydobywający się z kuchni był zachęcający, pojedyncze dania, które wychodziły zza kotary wyglądały apetycznie. Tylko to powodowało, że mimo wszystko spędziliśmy tam tyle czasu. Czy kiedyś tam wrócimy? Nie wiem. Jeśli obsługa nadal będzie tak chaotyczna, nie będzie ogarniała zamówień to nie wróżę temu miejscu długiej przyszłości. Rada dla obsługi - jeśli nie ogarniacie gości i cztery stoliki na krzyż to dla Was za dużo, wprowadźcie numerki do każdego zamówienia - podając gotowe dania do stolika pytajcie gości, czy ich zamówienie to np. numer 3. Albo ponumerujcie stoliki, a gość poda Wam numer stolika, przy którym usiądzie - unikniecie pomyłek i ogromnego zamieszania. A jeśli nie ogarniacie dużej ilości zamówień - powiedzcie o tym wprost klientowi: "na chwilę obecną przygotowujemy zamówienia, za np. 10 min. wrócę do lady i przyjmę od Państwa zamówienie". To nie sztuka zebrać 10 zamówień, pomylić 6 z nich, a po godzinie anulować 3 kolejne, bo goście wkurzeni opuścili lokal...

P.S. Kiedy my zbieraliśmy się do wyjścia, para, która była w lokalu przed nami też straciła cierpliwość i zaczęła się zbierać do wyjścia...
