We gave Castor café three chances. When we visited the first time we wanted to order at the bar, but they said we should go to a table as they'll come to us to take our order. They never did. The second time we started off by sitting down at one of the tables, waiting patiently, and eventually they did come but it took them around 20 minutes to give us the menu and take our orders at all. The third time was similar as well. They seem to be seriously understaffed, which also shows through the waiters and waitresses' slightly unfriendly approach. Too bad, because this café has the potential to become a real 5-star-place, as both the place itself (the interior design as well as the outside area) and their offerings are great. Klimat miejsca jest fantastyczny. Muzyka cudowna idealne miejsce na leniwy dzień. Zapowiadało się na fantastyczne doświadczenie jednak było kilka "ale". Krem ziemniaczany był poprawny 10 zł. Natomiast podpłomyk z zapiekanymi serem 24 zł to była jakaś fantazja szefa kuchni której nie rozumiem. Rantów tej potraw się zjeść nie da i jak dla mnie to danie to całkowita porażka. Moja kobieta zjadła tagietelle ze szparagami 21 zł i było ok. Koktajle owocowe na piątkę z plusem. Rachunek 118 zł. Miejsce jest fantastyczne i klimatyczne i aby nie było niesmaku przyszedłem tu tego samego dnia jeszcze na kolację. Zjadłem sałatkę ze szpinakiem, truskawkami i avokado. Bardzo smaczne ale znowu potkniecie. Kelnerka podała mi sałatkę i zapytałem o grzanki. Pani powiedziała że chodzi o grzanki takie drobne Annie pieczywo tostowe. Przyjąłem i zacząłem jeść. Po chwili ...(i tu szacunek dla tej kelnerki) Pani podeszła powiedziała że się pomyliła i podała mi grzanki do sałatki. Nie winie jej za to tylko szefa kuchni Pana Dominika Lipiarza który ujęty w menu jako szef kuchni który odpowiada za menu (nie wiem czy całe czy tylko część z tymi kilkoma daniami). Menu jest za obszerne i rozbudowane. Obsługa i kuchnia nie jest w stanie skupić się na takiej ilości rzeczy w menu. Trzy koktajle wiosenne, 6 kaw, 7 kaw z mlekiem, 7 czekolad, 8 kaw a alkoholem, 12 herbat, 3 Shake, 8 kaw mrożonych, 10 smoothies, 28 dań śniadaniowych, 8 dań na lunch przygotowanych na trzy tygodnie przez szefa kuchni, 7 sałatek, lunch dnia, plus wina lody, desery i alko. Mimo to, daje 4 gwiazdki bo miejsce ma strefę lezaczkową plus własny plac zabaw dla dzieci. Jest to świetne miejsce kawiatniane natomiast czy obiadowe..? Polecam sprawdzić samodzielnie i zrecenzować.
