If you want a true remarkable experience you can't miss this historic restaurant with beautiful decorations and creative accents that keeps the old fashion vibrant and captivating. The food is refined but simple at the same time, with a rich flavor! The real fire grill is a must see. The menu is comprehensive but not overwhelming and perfect for lunch or dinner. Let's some oldies polish music playing in the background take you back in time. The walls logs are authentic and the tables are absolutely gorgeous adding a natural earthy style, while the ceilings are a true living museum. Lucas, the owners and founder of this restaurant is just amazing, he will be proud to tell you more about the history of this place while he strives to provide the best client experience, with a very friendly and kind approach. My peasants stew was practically vegetarian. If you look at the photo uploaded by the restaurant you'll see plenty of meat, the reality was I had one 2cm slice of sausage, 3 "chunks" (size of a broad bean) and 4 "pea sized" pieces of pork covered in cabbage; most disappointing. My wife's potato pancakes with goulash was much meatier, possibly because they couldn't hide a lack of meat on her dish. Maybe I was unlucky, maybe it was typical, why didn't I complain you might ask.... In my experience that rarely ends well and at best my wife will have finished her meal whilst I wait for mine to reappear. Check my other reviews if you are wondering if I'm overly fussy or never satisfied, you'll see that I believe in fair honest reviews. Chose this restuarant on its reviews and location to where.we are staying although highky disappointed. Was greeted few minutes after entering sat at table ordered our food and yes it was delivered in 10 minutes .found this very quicksand possibly cooked earlier and pinged in thev.microwave as what we ordered could not have been cooked that quicksame fir desert..only 2 choices and hence ny choice of poish appkd cake again miicrowaved left lot to be desired x personal service was lacking and shame it was on my last night as all my previous restaurants of my stay were amazing thus putting this one at the bottom of my list .I would not recommend this as traditional polish cuisine to anyone avoid and dont let it spoil upur stay when there are so many beautiful ",cheap on the pocket...
