Good Lood – lody rzemieślnicze — Local services in Krakow

It is a shame how the employees at this site treat their customers. Their attitude is rude, careless, and lazy. It totally feels like they don't value having a job and that they see customers as an inconvenience. I worked attending customers in different jobs, and I can not fathom how people with this attitude can get hired. This situation at this same store happened to me twice. The first time, I thought maybe the employee was just having a bad day, but the second time, it was a different employee with an even worse attitude. I have also read many reviews complaining about the quality of customer service in this store, and it seems like this has been going ok for a while, and they don't fix it. I have been living in Kraków for more than 2 years, and Good Lood is always my go-to place to have an ice cream. But next time I'll prefer to get an ice cream from a different store where they treat customers with decency.

First time today trying ‘Good Lood’ after initial hesitancy due to it being a chain (I try to support local first where possible)

Unfortunately the service here was cold and abrupt, enough to spoil your mood in what should’ve been a fun, quick pick-me-up afternoon experience. In hindsight I should’ve flicked through the lowest reviews first which all seem to address this.

On a positive note, the flavours we sampled in the group were all decent - ‘śmietankowy’ (dairy flavour) was a highlight. Pity the service...

Super delicious icecream!!! It’s so good that I couldn’t resist it even when it’s only 1 degree Celsius. They didn’t have many flavours (there were only 8 when I went there) but all seemed to be soooo tasty! Every scoop is 4 zt and I got two flavours for 8 zt.
