There was no call or notification when the courier supposedly arrived—if they arrived at all. The restaurant’s customer service was unhelpful and provided no resolution. We paid over 200 PLN for nothing, which feels like a scam. The manager Rostislav offered a drink as compensation. We offered delivery by cab. We heard in response our dissatisfaction. But in the end, after threatening to contact the manager - the order was allegedly sent to a cab (at the responsibility of the client). Learn to communicate with customers and solve problems!!!
