Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Krakow

I recently visited Domino’s Pizza, hoping for a satisfying experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. From the moment I entered, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. When I tried to share my feedback, the waiter not only ignored me but also responded rudely, which is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting.

To make matters worse, basic condiments like olive oil were not available—something that should be a given at a pizza place. As for the food, the pizza was bland, poorly made, and lacked the fresh flavor Domino’s is known for. The crust was soggy, the toppings unevenly distributed, and the overall taste was far from what I expected. It honestly felt like a careless effort from the kitchen.

Dining out is not just about food, but the overall experience. Sadly, this visit was marred by poor service, subpar food, and an unprofessional attitude. I left not just disappointed, but also with the feeling that customers are not valued here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service...

I didn’t except much from a place with this ranking, it’s not high enough, you know. But it was actually very good! The most precious thing about this place is their staff. The waitress was very attentive and friendly, she made sure that she got the order right and she asked us if everything was ok for a couple of times, like in a proper restaurant. I liked it a lot. We visited today for Dine in and ordered one cofee and Garlic bread. First both cofee and Garlic bread was Mediocre in taste. Didn't met our expectations we had with Dominos before. Second is the service, which was super delayed we waited almost near to an hour for our order to arrive to the table where as it was clear that Restaurant was fulfilling the online delivery orders in faster manner. Either the store is understaffed/under equipped or the restaurant is taking online orders by default whereas they cannot meet Dine in customers expectations. This is very bad example, dominos management need to take this into account very seriously and address this issue.
