Lajkonik | Bakery and Café — Restaurant in Krakow

I like the lajkonik cafe in krakow in general, but the service in specifically this one is far from the best. The lady who served us was very negative, we had to ask her about the simplest thing, like serving a fork or giving a napkin, she seemed to be reluctant of doing her job. I think there are more other people who fit for the job , unfortunately that lady totally spoiled my impression of that place, I wouldn’t recommend this cafe, but other Lajkonik cafes in the centre of Krakow are much...

The bread is ok but the service is one of the worst I've ever seen in Krakow. I ask for a juice and when I pickup and pay (the cashier didn't pass the juice for a scanner) I saw another flavor so I asked her if I can change it. She said no and get an angry face answering (I charge this if you want to change it you need to pay again). It's a shame cause the place has potential but the cashier and other workers had bad face when another people reach them...

Byłam stałą klientką Lajkonika – od dawna regularnie kupowałam tutaj wypieki na słodko i zawsze byłam bardzo zadowolona, bo smakowały świetnie. Niestety dzisiejsza sytuacja mocno mnie rozczarowała i zraziła. Dzisiaj pierwszy raz wzięłam coś innego, tortillę z kurczakiem. Już przy rozpakowywaniu wydała mi się strasznie mokra, ale stwierdziłam, że ją podgrzeję i będzie dobrze. Na początku wszystko było w porządku, ale w pewnym momencie poczułam w ustach coś dziwnie gumowatego. Wyplułam to i okazało się, że to po prostu SUROWY kurczak. Gdy zaczęłam sprawdzać dalej – w środku było go jeszcze więcej. Nie spodziewałam się czegoś takiego po miejscu, które do tej pory kojarzyłam z dobrą jakością. Niestety taka sytuacja jest moim zdaniem absolutnie niedopuszczalna – surowe mięso to poważne zagrożenie dla zdrowia. Z bólem serca, ale niestety nie mogę już polecić tego miejsca. Wypieki może i dalej są smaczne, ale po dzisiejszym doświadczeniu straciłam zaufanie. Radzę uważać, szczególnie przy kupowaniu...
