I have been coming here for the last two years. Today, 20 of May, at 4:38 pm , I was waiting 55 minutes for the lamb sandwich, place was quite empty. I wasn't even told that it wil take so much time. I remember in the past i was informed that 30 or 40 min waiting time, but today nothing. After all, I got a sandwich with cold meat. Ordered lamb and didn't taste like lamb. It tasted like beef. No apology, like nothing happened. Poor customer service, lack of it. P.S This situation happened once, and I received a response from the owner. Taking this into consideration and despite all my previous visits where the sandwiches/ kebabs were amazing, I have to acknowledge that it was a bad day and, of course I shouldn't judge the business only on one not satisfactory expirence. I have mix feelings after my visit to this place. -taste&quantity: the food indeed was delicious and maybe was the first time that meat (gyros) had a taste of real meat, because in other kebab place I am not sure what I am eating. The portion was huge and with plenty of veggies. price: also quite decent 32pln for mix meat tortilla with fries and veggies service: it was fast even if the place was super crowded. Tables were dirty as clients were sitting one after the other. The area they were preparing dishes looked messy and not super clean (probably due to so many orders). An excellent Arabian food eatery just behind Korona tram stop. The portions are large and the menu customizable. The eatery staff are helpful in guiding you through the preferences. The decor is simple and elegant and the Arabic music wafting in the background provides a good backdrop to the place. The lamb platter is quite a visual delight - salads, sauces and dips competing for attention. You can choose the level of spice you need. The eatery also has an interesting marketing promo to keep customers coming back - a card that marks the number of dishes you've had and gives one a freebie drink.
