Pan KimBap — Restaurant in Krakow

The service in this restaurant is awful. When I arrived at the restaurant, they said there was no space available and when I said I could wait, they said it might take more than 20 minutes and I wasn't sure how long the wait would be. In the end I said I could wait. After that they asked me to leave my phone number and to call me if anyone had finished eating. I then waited around outside at -4°. After waiting almost half an hour and not being called, I went back into the restaurant to see what was going on. Then they told me that the reason why they didn't call you was because someone had made a reservation before and it wasn't always possible to give you a place. I was furious that you had to call me even if you didn't have a table, and that you had asked me to leave a number to contact you! And after I said I could wait! The food was pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Like, it tasted okay, but it wasn't anything special.

The weirdest part was when we got there and it was packed. Instead of saying, 'Hey, it'll be a few minutes,' they were basically like, 'Yeah, we're full. Maybe try to call us again in 15 minutes which feel like to ask us go somewhere else?' Which, honestly, felt a bit rude.

I used to love this place when it was at their old spot. The service was way better back then. Now, it just felt a little...meh.

Food is too salty and you will not feel any taste. We were disappointed with our food - it is not Korean in Korea or Korean in Europe food. Small portion of rice in main dish and price are too high compared to quality and service. Service staff choose to whom to smile and be nicer, and to whom be more ignorance. Unfortunately our experience was disappointed. We don't recommend this place - better go to any Vietnamese or Chinese restaurants around where will be better...
