Booked a table for 2 after seeing the good reviews from TripAdvisor. When we arrived we were the only clients eating, which could be considered as a bad sign on a Sunday evening. After giving us the menu, the waiter told us that one dish was missing. Fine, we chose a dish for 2, too bad it was considered as "the same" as the missing one, could've been nice to know before we chose. We had 2 drinks plus shashlik and beef stew, which were quite tasty to be fair. Then we wanted to get an apple pie for dessert (with whipped cream), the waiter asked if we wanted it cold or hot. Thinking it was just a matter of temperature, I chose hot. But we realized he probably used "hot" to refer to the pricer option with alcohol. I run to tell him I want the classic one with whipped cream (cheapest option), agreed 👍 He came with an apple pie with whipped cream, all good. Feeling the scam coming, we calculated how much the receipt should be. When the receipt arrived, it wasn't corresponding... The apple pie was charged as if it was the priciest option. The waiter explains that it is the price for hot pie no matter the presence or not of alcohol. Hum hum 🤔 Aside from the fact it was absolutely dishonest, the pie was cold, and please don't tell me it costs 10 zloty to put a pie 30 seconds in the microwave. The waiter didn't admit the mistake but finally corrected the price. AND WE PAID 233 ZLOTY IN TOTAL. Pragnę przestrzec wszystkich przed tym miejscem ! Byłam tam dwa tygodnie temu z moim partnerem , bratem i bratową . Do tego strasznego miejsca trafiliśmy z polecenia pana , który organizuje przejażdżki melexem po Krakowie . Po bardzo ciekawej 2 godzinnej przejażdżce , spędzonej w miłej atmosferze trafiliśmy do tego okropnego miejsca ! Zamówiliśmy 3 razy żeberka , ziemniaki ćwiartki , żurek i pierogi ruskie. Żurek był zjadliwy , czego jednak nie można było powiedzieć o żeberkach , które wręcz śmierdziały starym mięsem . Mój partner po pierwszym kęsie odstawił je na bok , po chwili zrobili to również brat i bratowa . Zapach był tak nieprzyjemny , że poprosiliśmy by nam je zabrano ze stołu . Zgłosiłam tą reklamację kelnerce , która wzruszyła ramionami i bez słowa odeszła . Poprosiłam więc o rozmowę z kucharzem ( który nie wzbudzał zaufania) . Na moją skargę , że chciał nas wszystkich otruć powtarzał na okrągło , że wszystko jest świeże . Pani kelnerka wtrącała się w naszą rozmowę dodając , że Panie przy stoliku obok zjadły i sobie chwaliły . Okazało się być to jednak kłamstwem bo Panie obcojęzyczne po moim powrocie do stolika pokazały wymownym ruchem koło nosa , że żeberka śmierdzą ( były z Ukrainy , słabo znały język i nie miały dość odwagi by to wcześniej powiedzieć .Po chwili Pani kelnerka powiedziała , że może nie policzyć jednej porcji ale za dwie trzeba będzie zapłacić . Nie mogłam się z tym zgodzić skoro praktycznie całe porcje zostały zwrócone . Poprosiłam więc o rozmowę z właścicielem tego lokalu licząc na przeprosiny , wyjaśnienie i polubowne załatwienie sprawy . W słuchawce ku mojemu wielkiemu zdziwieniu usłyszałam bardzo ordynarny ton Pana , który stałe wchodził mi w słowo , podnosząc głos i obrażając mnie mówiąc nieprawdę i zarzucając naciągactwo. To było okropne doświadczenie , nikt mnie tak nigdy nie potraktował . Jestem poważną kobietą i nigdy nie pozwoliłabym sobie na coś takiego . Zaprosiłam tan moją rodzinkę , żeby uczcić z Nimi zbliżające się 50 te urodziny .Gorszego miejsca chyba nie mogłabym sobie wymarzyć . Zapłaciłam za pierogi ruskie ( twarde i grube ciasto )50 zł , żurek , 3 razy ziemniaczki i 2 surówki z marchewki ( które razem z żurkiem były zjadliwe + 2 napoje i 1 herbata 210 zł . Za żeberka tak dla informacji( jedna porcja 70 zł bez jakichkolwiek dodatków )nic nie zapłaciłam . Żałuję tylko , że nie powiadomiłam Sanepidu ale cieszę się , że nie zjedliśmy tego bo przypłacilibyśmy to zatruciem . Ja po pierogach miałam zgagę i niestrawność ;) ale mogło się to skończyć dużo gorzej . Stanowczo odradzam wizytę w...
