Simba Tacos — Restaurant in Krakow

We saw the name “Simba Tacos” while walking from our hotel to the old town previously that day and thought to ourselves: “we have to check this place out because Simba is the name of our cat”. I am glad we did. Najmeddine was an amazing host and chef. We ordered and started chatting and spent a good 30 minutes there. He was super kind and was very passionate about his food. He clearly is not only a great service provider but a great cook. I can’t recommend this place enough. Be aware that the tacos are huge. Might be the best tortilla kebab inspired food I have had in Poland! I know it’s called french tacos but you can tell its inspiration comes from many places but good food is good food. I give it the highest recommendation especially if you have never tried French tacos before. The owner is extremely kind and great cook! He gave some baklava on the house but I think it’s also worth the purchase as many baklavas in Poland can be really dry, but the syrup recipe and walnut filling make it really scrumptious.

There is not much seating so keep that in mind (two groups of 3)but you have to try the food...

It's really tasty, something that you can even think to eat one more. Very tasty , filling , a good mixture of sauces with very cooked meat.

I couldn't ask for more. I recommend this place. Cool Najmeddine is always smiling and welcoming. I see people coming there and coming again and again.

The taste, the portions are really considerable, and you feel that it is really made with love. Someone who really love what he is creating.
