Went 1st night after advised from hotel which I then found out was from same Hotel group. Was ok but nothing special. 2nd night I was too tired to choose somewhere else to go as tour finished late. Watched the chef cut a fillet out of a plastic bag, then cut a plastic bag with, I assume, the puree that was to accompany it. Tinged the bell when food was ready then left. The food is pretty decent, but unfortunately under seasoned. The dishes are well thought out, but minor details would elevate it. For example, the rabbit should be broiled to finish so brown the surface. The pea purée wasn’t seasoned so it didn’t stand out. You can add the salt/pepper yourself but that shouldn’t be needed. I’d say it’s too expensive for what you get, however they can easily improve and be great. Also, another meat option like pork or beef would be great. The service...

Another wonderful experience of @getfinebite. This restaurant is in the Xerion Hotel. The environment and atmosphere were really comfortable. The menu options were limited, but the shrimp appetizer and the sous vide chicken I ordered were so delicious! Great ingredients and seasoning with beautiful presentation.
